About Haus of Wonders

Our art studio, Haus of Wonders, lives up to its name—we are passionate dreamers who see art as a powerful outlet for creativity, expression, and emotion. Whether you’re painting for leisure or building a professional portfolio, we offer a welcoming space where you can unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of urban life and immerse yourself in art!

Why “Haus” instead of “House”? Our name is inspired by the Bauhaus movement, a German design style known for its blend of functionality and artistic expression. We wanted our studio to break away from the traditional art studio aesthetic, incorporating Bauhaus-inspired elements to create a warm, inviting, and relaxed atmosphere. By providing a laid-back space, we aim to make learning enjoyable and stress-free, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in their artistic journey with confidence and inspiration.

Our Teacher

Mandy is a passionate and detail-oriented art educator with a keen eye for aesthetics. Her artistic journey began in childhood, through years of self-teaching and dedicated art classes nurturing her talent and creativity. This early passion evolved into a professional pursuit, leading her to study Fashion Design at LaSalle College of the Arts.

With experience teaching both fine arts and fashion illustration, Mandy has worked with students of all ages—from toddlers as young as 2.5 years old to senior citizens of diverse backgrounds. Known for her versatility, she has led projects that incorporated textiles, sewing, and mixed media, gaining popularity among students and parents.

Now with over 4 years of teaching experience, she specializes in portfolio development or DSA preparation. Her guidance has helped students successfully gain admission to prestigious schools such as SOTA, Raffles Girls’ School, Nan Chiau Secondary, National Junior College, NAFA and Naval Base Secondary.
