Lesson Packages
All our weekly classes are only available as part of a package. Single lesson payments will not be accepted. Below is an overview of the lesson packages available for our weekly classes:
All lesson packages are valid for consecutive weeks, excluding Public Holidays.
Class Policy
Lesson packages must be completed within the specified timeframe. We encourage you to make the most of your sessions, as any unused lessons after this period will be forfeited.
To cancel a class or taking a sick day, let us know at least two hours before your class starts. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure everyone gets the best experience. Unfortunately, cancellations made after that timeframe will result in the lesson being forfeited.
We’re happy to arrange make-up lessons upon request, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you! If you’re unable to attend the scheduled make-up lesson, please note that it will be considered attended.
Trial lessons are mandatory for students aged 4 to 17. This helps our teacher assess the most suitable class for your child.
To move up to the next level, students must first demonstrate or show they’ve mastered the necessary skills.
If our teacher is on medical leave or away, we’ll let you know in advance. Not to worry—another wonderful teacher will step in to lead the class and keep the learning going smoothly!
We love capturing special moments in class and may occasionally share photos of our students on social media to celebrate their progress and joy. If you prefer that you or your child not be featured, just let us know—we completely respect your wishes!
Payment Policy
Our classes, workshops, and art parties are available by reservation only, hence we’re unable to accept same-day payments. Thank you so much for your understanding!
Once your payment is successfully completed, your slot will be reserved for the full duration of your chosen package. You’ll receive a WhatsApp message with all the details, including your lesson start date and expiry date.
Fees are non-refundable once you’ve attended your first class. If you decide to withdraw after making payment, please note that a $100 administrative fee will be retained by the studio.
All lesson packages or course fees are for individual use and cannot be shared.
Discounts cannot be combined, but don’t worry—we’ll let you know about any available promotions before payment and make sure you get the best possible deal!
You’ll receive an extra $20 off any lesson package for each successful referral of a friend or family member—even if you're already enjoying another discount! To qualify, your referred friend or family member just needs to sign up as a student with us.
For Art Parties: A refundable deposit of $150 (via PayNow/PayLah) is required to ensure the studio is returned to its original condition. The deposit will be refunded after the studio is cleaned and its condition is verified.
