Lesson Packages
Adult, children, and DSA lessons are only available as part of a package. Single lesson payments are not accepted. Below is an overview of the lesson packages available for our weekly classes:
The lesson package is valid for consecutive weeks, excluding Public Holidays.
Class Policy
Your lesson package must be completed within the specified timeframe. Any unfinished lessons will be forfeited.
Any unused or leftover lessons cannot be carried over to your next lesson package, regardless of the reason.
Class cancellations or sick leave requests must be made at least two hours before the class starts. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being forfeited.
Make-up or extra lessons can be arranged upon request. However, if you fail to attend a scheduled make-up lesson, it will be forfeited.
Trial lessons are mandatory for students aged 4 to 17. This helps our teachers assess the most suitable class for your child.
To advance to the next level, students must first demonstrate the necessary skills.
In the event our teacher is on medical leave or away, you will be notified in advance, and another teacher will conduct the class for the day.
Pictures of our students may be taken during classes and shared on social media. Please inform us if you do not wish for you or your child to appear on Haus of Wonders' media.
Payment Policy
Our classes and workshops are available by reservation only. As a small studio, we are unable to accommodate same-day payments or walk-in enquiries. We appreciate your understanding!
Once payment is successfully made, your slot will be reserved for the duration of your chosen package.
Fees are non-refundable once you have attended your first class. If you choose to withdraw after making payment, the studio reserves the right to retain a $100 admin fee.
All lesson packages or course fees are for individual use and cannot be shared.
Discounts cannot be combined. Before payment, we will inform you of any available promotions and ensure you receive the best discount rate.
You’ll receive an extra $20 off any lesson package for a successful referral from friends or family, even when combined with an existing discount.
Art Parties: A refundable deposit of $150 (via PayNow/PayLah) is required to ensure the studio is returned to its original condition. The deposit will be refunded after the studio is cleaned and its condition is verified.
